Description
Sports Key (SK) uses sport to improve wellbeing, create opportunities and bring communities together across Birmingham.
In 2025, they helped 2,700 people become more active and delivered over 5,000 hours of sports sessions, youth mentoring, employability support and community events. SK have identified an opportunity to launch a workplace wellbeing offer but their capacity is constrained by programme delivery.
With our funding, SK will recruit an Enterprise Zone Coordinator, supported by business development and marketing consultancy, to launch and scale their workplace wellbeing offer. This will grow their corporate partnerships, generate unrestricted income and, in turn, strengthen their community programmes.
