Little Green Sock Project
Description
Little Green Sock Project (LGSP) support children living in poverty with the essentials they need to get by.
Demand is extremely high, with 40,000 children in Trafford living in poverty and referrals rising since expanding to Manchester and Salford. They have the expertise and supporter base to meet this need, but outdated manual systems are holding them back.
LGSP will use our funding to implement a new CRM and referral system, while increasing team capacity across operations, administration and bookkeeping. This will free up 20 staff hours each week, strengthen supporter engagement and give the CEO more time to focus on partnerships, fundraising and strategic development. Together, this will build a stronger platform for LGSP to support more children in need.
