GenEarth are mobilising the next generation to lead the fight for climate and a fairer future.
70% of young people are seriously concerned about the climate crisis, but many lack the knowledge and opportunities to act. GenEarth bridges this gap through expert-led workshops and programmes in schools and communities, like the Young Green Briton challenge, where students create real-world solutions t o climate issues. 100% of teachers recommended one of their most recent programmes. But with limited capacity, GenEarth are reaching only a fraction of schools.
Using The Fore’s funding, they’ll hire an operations role, freeing the CEO to focus on fundraising, partnerships, and strategy. This will double the number of young people reached to 20,000 and kickstart new, sustainable income streams through corporate volunteering.
