Organisation Description
We provide mental health support to individuals via fully trained and quallified therapists, ranging from counsellors through to clinical psychologists. We work predominantly with people who have experienced trauma and or domestic abuse & Sexual violence (DASV)
What are they looking for?
We see around 2000 clients per annum, but many of these are via contracts with the local authority for mental well-being. The local authority is struggling for money, so we want the business to be self-sufficient.
We are looking for some support around the company structure internally and a new business plan moving forward to ensure the organisation becomes a self-sufficient and replicable model.
