Organisation Description

RECLAIM is a bold charity committed to building a fair and just world for, and with, all working-class young people. They build knowledge, power, community and solidarity to campaign on the issues that affect them most.

They do this in three ways

Community – Creating spaces that grow a sense of belonging and solidarity

Campaigns – Challenging institutions, systems and structures

Consultancy – Supporting organisations to become class-inclusive

What are they looking for?

They are currently looking for three trustees to join their board. They are open to skills and experience that these new trustees will bring, but are specifically looking for one person to join with finance experience, who can take the lead on the board's financial oversight.

They very much welcome applications from young people.

As a trustee you will attend a minimum of four regular board meetings a year (usually four half day meetings online), reviewing and commenting on these papers in advance of these meetings.
