Our insight comes from our members, including over 200 non-profit organisations with expertise across the whole criminal justice system. Their broad remits enable us to piece together the right formula for lasting change.
Our vision is of a fair and effective criminal justice system that works well for everyone and leads to a more equitable society.
What are they looking for?
We are looking for a Chair, Treasurer, and 4 trustees. Above all, we are looking for individuals who share our values and are motivated and committed to the work and mission of Criminal Justice Alliance. If you have either or a combination of the following skills and knowledge, we would love to hear from you: - Strategic communications, PR/marketing or journalism; - Policy/advocacy - Desirably in the criminal and social justice sectors in England and Wales; - Organisational development - Desirably with expertise in people and culture, information/digital technology, or charity governance; - Expertise of lived experience in the criminal justice system; - Expertise in tackling racial injustice; - Academic social policy research at a senior level.The full role description for the role of Chair, Treasurer, or Trustee is available on request.
