Escapeline
Description
Escapeline keeps children safe from illegal exploitation and grooming in rural communities most at risk across the South West.
Founder and CEO Lisa is a former social worker and child exploitation expert. She leads the charity along with her small team, including volunteers who are often experts by experience. So far, they have delivered an educational programme to over 20,000 young people in schools, 300 parents, and 500 professionals.
We are awarding Escapeline £30,000 to help it kickstart a pilot project with Wiltshire Police. With this partnership and several research projects in the pipeline, Escapeline aims to change systems and expand to protect children across the UK.
