Survivors of Sexual Abuse Anonymous
Description
SoSAA, founded in 2014, runs peer-to-peer support groups for adult men and women survivors of sexual abuse, using an adapted version of the Alcoholics Anonymous 12-step framework. The groups are low cost, peer-led, scalable and available to anyone who needs them, and in them survivors find hope, recovery and community. The Fore has provided funding to cover an increase in staffing, which will enable the CEO to focus on scaling the organisation.
