South London Cares
Description
South London Cares is a community network formed of young professionals and older people, two groups most at risk of loneliness. Founded in 2014 and based in Southwark and Lambeth, its proactive outreach programme identifies and invites older people to participate in its social clubs and its Love-Your-Neighbour one-to-one friendship scheme. The Fore has provided funding to set up and run a new customer relationship management system to improve retention, facilitate expansion and transform operations at South London Cares and its affiliated organisations.
