AA Urban Rise CIC are arming young people with the financial skills they need to set themselves up for the future.
AA Urban Rise deliver financial education workshops to underserved young people in East London, helping over 1,000 individuals build confidence in money matters since 2022. They are ready to expand their offer through training youth workers, and developing a financial assessment tool for organisations supporting young people. There is already interest from Greenwich and Southbank Universities, but they don’t have the time to capitalise on these opportunities.
They will use the funding from The Fore to get their training and financial assessment tool off the ground, allowing them to tap into new unrestricted income streams and improve the financial sustainability of
the organisation.
