The Building Blocks of an Effective Small Charity webinar with Vic Hancock Fell
8 March | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
How do we build strong foundations at our small charities to ensure the work we do has impact, the way we work is effective and we feel confident and in control? In this webinar, Vic will share her six building blocks of an effective small charity and will allow time for peer troubleshooting and Q&A at the end of the session. Vic will also share details of her upcoming course for small charity leaders and how to find out more.
Vic has led two small charities through periods of transformation using this building blocks approach and has supported many others through consultancy to achieve that same transformation.
This webinar will be particularly helpful for small charity founders, leaders, managers, Trustees, CEOs, aspiring CEOs – anyone who is or will be responsible for leading ‘everything’ at a small organisation.
