Description
Addup supports families living with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
They teach children how ADHD affects them and ways to manage it so they can remain in education and achieve better outcomes. : During lockdown Addup continued to support children and families online, by phone, and through one-to-one sessions. The lockdown led to key findings regarding children enjoying spending more time with their parents and siblings. Addup is using the grant of £15,000 from The Fore to to employ a Creative Projects Lead Worker for 14 hours a week. This role will evaluate their programmes and create new ones to meet emerging needs as lockdown restrictions are lifted.
