ReconnectEd is a charity which helps young people at risk of school exclusion to flourish in school and to realise meaningful futures through holistic emotion coaching, enrichment and training programmes.

What are they looking for?

We’re looking for talented, committed and values-driven Trustees to complement our Board of 4. We’re particularly looking for Trustees who have experience in fundraising, finance and the mainstream education sector.

The duties of a Trustee include:
– Ensuring that ReconnectEd pursues its stated purposes by developing and agreeing a long-term strategy
– Ensuring that ReconnectEd complies with its governing documents
– Identify risk and how best to mitigate it
– Safeguarding the values of ReconnectEd
– Ensuring effective and efficient administration
– Protecting and managing the property of the charity
– Each Trustee should use any specific skills, knowledge or experience they have to help the board of Trustees reach sound decisions
