• Experience chairing meetings at senior level
• Experience of or willingness to learn about charity governance and finance
• An interest in arts and culture

Time commitment
The role is voluntary, with a commitment to attend four Board meetings and four Finance sub-Committee meetings annually. All meetings typically last two hours and take place via video call. We also hold one board ‘away day’ per year (personal travel expenses for non-local trustees are reimbursed). Between meetings we may ask for attendance at events, advocacy and ad hoc support. Appointments are for an initial term of three years, with the option of an additional three years.
