Organisation Description
We work to uplift tea estate communities in Sri Lanka out of extreme poverty. We are an educational development charity with a focus on giving young people the skills they need to both find good jobs off the tea estates and lead positive change in their communities
What are they looking for?
We have hired a contractor on a four day a week contract based in the UK. Our first such appointment. We are trying to work out whether this is the best and legal means of employment or whether he should be employed. Probably a simple situation but we don't have the knowledge within our organisation. We would prefer to maintain as a contractor, but need advice.
