Short-Term Project with Fearless Girls Club CIC
Backed by The Fore
Organisation Description
Fearless Girls Club CIC is a Surrey-based social enterprise supporting girls aged 8–12 to build confidence, resilience and self-esteem through weekly after-school clubs, a national subscription box and a programme of workshops. We have launched clubs in new local areas, expanded the reach of our subscription boxes and grown our range of programmes while maintaining 90%+ parent satisfaction, with girls reporting increased confidence in speaking up, trying new things and liking themselves more.
What are they looking for?
We are seeking pro bono support to prepare Fearless Girls Club CIC’s after-school club offering for a structured, scalable franchise model.
Strategically, we need guidance to refine our roll-out plan, define our ideal franchisee profile, stress-test demand and ensure our social mission remains central as we grow.
Legally, we require support with franchise agreement structure, intellectual property protection, brand licensing and governance considerations specific to a CIC, ensuring appropriate quality control while enabling local delivery.
Financially, we need help modelling a sustainable franchise framework, including fee structures, unit economics, central cost recovery and projections that support responsible growth and appropriate reserves.
We expect to engage specialist professionals in franchising as we progress. However, we would value experienced, independent support to help us assess proposals, avoid being mis-sold services and identify the right advisers or companies to work with at each stage.
Overall, we are looking for expert input to transition from a founder-led local model to a robust, financially sound and mission-aligned national franchise.
