Organisation Description
The Introvert Space™ is a UK Community Interest Company advancing personality-inclusive leadership. We design workshops, leadership programmes and national initiatives (including Black Introvert Week UK) that empower introverts to thrive without needing to perform extroversion. We work with institutions such as NHS Trusts, central government departments and Russell Group universities to create environments where quieter leaders are seen, heard and valued. Recent work includes in-person and virtual development sessions for University of Kent leadership teams, Ministry of Justice staff networks, and the Bank of England, alongside a sold-out flagship event during Black Introvert Week UK attended by leaders across public, private and third sectors.
