Creators of The UKs largest recycled plastic bottle lid mural and the UKs first high street recycling hub. Plastic Sheds aim is to bring communities together, fight social isolation and climate anxieties all whilst supplying easy accessible ways to reuse plastic waste and contribute to a meaningful project. We have created murals all over the UK, connecting with 200,000 people across communities, working together to collect and donated 1.65 million plastic bottle lids so far.

What are they looking for?

I have been running Plastic Shed for many years, and was 1 of 3 founding members. I took it from occasional workshops, to a full community wide artist career and want to expand it future. I have learned a lot on the job but have no formal business or management training – and you don’t know what you don’t know!
We are now expanding our volunteers, workshop offers and more and want to make sure we have everything in place for our businesses health and safety as well as running, management and everything else. We want to make sure everything is done in a professional business manner, and would love to chat to someone who is trained in all things business who could help guide us whilst we expand. An initial chat would be brilliant, and if possible some on going mentorship 🙂
