Know Your Worth (IF Partner) – Request

Organisation Description

Know Your Worth was launched in May 2022 in Oxford, born from a deep concern for teenage girls struggling with low self-worth, motivation, and self-esteem. What began as a local response has now grown into a movement. Since our launch, our dedicated team has supported more than 200 girls through our Know Your Worth course—offering safe spaces for reflection, growth, and empowerment. The Know Your Worth Self-Esteem Course is an 8-week programme designed to help teenage girls build confidence, understand their value, and make positive, informed decisions in their lives. Delivered in schools and community settings, the course creates a safe, non-judgemental space where girls can explore topics such as identity, relationships, emotions, and resilience.
