Organisation Description

Led by lived experience, we are a CIC providing immediate, specialist counselling & bespoke products & resources, to individuals subjected to sexual violence & abuse. Immediate support is provided by specialist counsellors (face-to-face support for survivors in the West Midlands, alongside telephone & online counselling all over the UK). This contrasts lengthy waiting lists associations with organisations providing free support. There is no equivalent UK private, specialist, rape crisis organisation.

What are they looking for?

We are looking for some marketing support to enhance our marketing efforts. We already have our GINA brand, website, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn), a monthly newsletter, printed marketing material (leaflets, business cards etc) & strong connections (& subsequent marketing activities) with our sister charity, RSVP. Currently, most of our marketing activities & content creation (ie for social media) is carried out by our team of volunteers. We are looking for support to: • Create a strategy and social media content for our platforms • Enhance & diversify our marketing activities so we are able to reach the individuals who need our support (with the consideration that we are a small, non-profit organisation with limited resources & financial resources). • Establish a clear direction & associated actions for our marketing & communications • Communicate our values & USPs – led by lived experience, the only organisation providing immediate, specialist support in this field. • Possible areas to consider: SEO enhancement, social media strategy, campaign development, links with other organisations, involvement of our service users in marketing activities/content creation in order to centre lived experience, accessible marketing for neurodivergent individuals & individuals with accessibility needs.
