Organisation Description

Evolving Mindset CIC is an award winning, not for profit mental health organisation based in Merseyside. Founded in 2019 by brothers Phil and Andy Noon to promote positive mental health in our communities, we deliver regulated and bespoke mental health training and consultation packages within businesses organisations, schools and the community.

Evolving Mindset exists to make free high quality mental health resources accessible to all our Merseyside communities. Our purpose is to support individuals and organisations in evolving towards healthier, happier and more productive lives.

Early intervention is a priority. Many of our services will be accessed during crisis through referrals, but the vision is to provide safe and supportive networks and an environment that not only nurtures those in need but also acts to prevent those who are at risk from reaching crisis. Support that addresses mental health stigma in a relatable way shaped by the community we serve.

What are they looking for?

We require support with business planning, financial modelling and marketing our services.

We have recently been awarded the international standard ISO 45003 psychological safety in the workplace and we plan to add an additional arm to the business to increase income in the form of a consultancy service, to support organisations to create and maintain a positive Mental Health culture within their workplace.

This will have many benefits to organisations and individuals and will help us with our mission as a Mental Health Community Interest Company.

This support can be delivered either face to face or digital.

We are seeking support from people who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others and obtain skills in the following areas for our development.
