Daring to Dream supports the emotional health and wellbeing of adults in Wales living with physical illness (that’s 1.2 million adults) by ‘making spaces to talk’.
What are they looking for?
We are seeking additional trutees, from across Wales. In particular additional clinician(s) from secondary care, from health board other than Cardiff & Vale. An HR specialist who can help the board develop policies and processes to become employment-ready (part of our strategy). Potentially a co-chair too - to lead the board / governance and I remain co-chair leading the executive functions, but we work together. Again, part of delivering on our strategic goal of delivering on resilence and sustainability. We do need trustees with knowledge of and involvement within NHS Wales and its health boards.
