Organisation Description
Bristol Climate & Nature Partnership brings together organisations to take action towards a zero carbon, nature-rich and social just future for our city and region. We connect policy makers, the public sector, local businesses, charities, communities and underrepresented groups. Helping them design and implement their own responses to the climate and nature crises – in a fast, fair and interconnected way.
What are they looking for?
We have significant challenges with our member data which is currently held on Salesforce and we do not have the internal expertise to review, revise and implement changes that help us track engagement. Typical issues include:
• Very hard to track organisational engagement, event attendees are tracked but not linked to our organisational members (no holistic oversight)
• There is limited data on event attendees
• No link to how people are engaging with us in other ways apart from events (socials, mailings, one-to-one meetings)
• Data/list integration for others would be helpful to develop a 360 view of our relationships
• Reporting is difficult to manage
We would like to undertake a data review and understand what we need to capture now and for the future. As well as understanding how we can best utilise Salesforce for our needs.
Support could be delivered online via Teams and we would be looking for 1-3 days initially with potential email follow-up if needed.
Someone with Salesforce knowledge or expertise would be helpful.
Timeframe:Ideally we would like to start the project this summer with a view to finalise before the end of the year.
