We’re Hiring: Head of Operations at The Fore  

Are you a skilled project leader with a passion for social impact, innovation and getting things done? Then this role may be for you!  

Join The Fore, the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to backing the best small charities, and play a key role in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact. 

As our new Head of Operations, you’ll drive our funding rounds and our charity learning programmes, and spearhead new initiatives like high-profile charity showcases. You’ll also own our impact work to make sure we capture and communicate the difference our work makes.  

We’re looking for someone with: 
– 7+ years of professional experience in the business, public or third-sector 
– A strong project or programme management track record  
– A passion for social impact, collaboration, and problem-solving 
– A confident leader, communicator, and relationship-builder
