Twisting Ducks helps people with learning disabilities and autism shine through the arts.

From music and dance to DJing, their weekly sessions offer a platform for the people they work with to express themselves. But that’s not all; Twisting Ducks goes beyond creativity. They produce Accessible Health Resources, primarily for NHS trusts. These include films and performances that communicate important information in fun, creative ways to further the understanding of health professionals and people with learning disabilities. Requests for new resources are being turned down because the capacity isn’t there.

With The Fore’s support, Twisting Ducks will hire a Drama Facilitator, giving them the time to expand their income-generating Accessible Health Resources service, paving the way for long-term financial sustainability.
