Description
Streetlight UK provide specialist support for women across London, Surrey and Sussex. The frontline service works with women involved in all forms of sexual violence and exploitation, including those trafficked into sex work.
The charity provide pathways for women to exit sex work. These are aimed at tackling root causes including poverty, violence and isolation. They also offer support with mental health and addiction. In the last year, they engaged with 7,236 women and gave one-to-one specialist support to 537.
The Fore’s grant will drive the charity’s work forward and enable them to expand into new regions.
