Description
Romodels are creating a world where children can imagine bolder futures, no matter their background.
By age 6, children begin to limit what careers they believe are possible because of stereotypes around race, gender and more. Romodels are changing how children across Wales explore work by giving them early access to diverse, relatable role models through their digital platform to help them discover a wider range of career paths. 100% of teachers said it benefitted children. With 25 schools on the waiting list and interest from local authorities, they need a smarter platform to respond to this interest.
With The Fore’s support, Romodels will build a more intuitive, automated and scalable platform, giving them the infrastructure and income needed to expand first into Scotland and then across the UK.
