FEAST With Us turn surplus food into healthy dishes for people who go hungry or can’t afford to eat well.
16% of adults in London experience food insecurity and emergency food parcels have doubled in five years. FEAST are serving up change by providing nutritious meals and delivering a Healthy Eating on a Budget programme that gives people the know-how to eat well for life. Insatiable demand now exceeds what FEAST’s current model can deliver.
FEAST will use The Fore’s funding to hire a Service Operations Manager to pilot a scalable new delivery model and develop a train-the-trainer approach for their education programme to allow rapid expansion. It will also free up the leadership to focus on unlocking new partnerships and to further fuel scaling.
