Circle Collective
Description
Circle Collective runs a 10-week training programme providing a wrap-around service that includes training, one-to-one support and real-life work experience for young people in the Circle Sports shop in Hackney. This experience is a key part of building strong practical and entrepreneurial skills, readying these young people to go on to opportunities with partner organisations such as PwC, Land Securities, BP, Crown Estates, John Lewis and Experian. The Fore funded the salary of a Training Coordinator for a year to enable the organisation to expand and to diversify its income generation.
