The session will provide tools and frameworks to support you in the practicalities of translating your vision into an accessible Theory of Change, to support your impact narrative and evidence the change you’re seeking to make. We’ll take you through a structured approach:

• Breaking down the core elements of a Theory of Change
• Delving into your Theory of Change to set your impact measures
• Using your measures to effect the change you want to see and to communicate to others

We’ll provide a short workbook for you to work through during the session to capture your notes and develop your thinking to take back to your teams.

Please note that each workshop has 25 places offered on a strictly first come, first served basis, so to ensure a place make sure to book a ticket as soon as possible. Places are charged at £25* for The Fore Grantees and £45* for all other attendees.
