This workshop is for charities who want to evaluate their work and measure their impact, but have limited resources. How do you decide what to evaluate and measure? What constitutes a proportionate and meaningful way to evaluate in your project or service?

During the workshop we will discuss why charities want to understand their impact, why we need measurement, the different types of evidence standards, and how you can decide what type of measurement is proportionate and meaningful for your charity. We will look at how a theory of change can help you decide on measurement priorities, and will briefly touch upon the five types of data you could collect.

The workshop will be interactive, so there will be plenty of opportunities to ask your questions. The workshop will be given by an expert from NPC, the think tank and consultancy for the social sector. No preparation is necessary.
