If you are struggling with where to start when setting strategy for your small charity or not sure if you have the ‘right’ strategies in place, then join our Developing Organisational Strategy workshop. Designed to give charity leaders an overview of the process for developing a strategy, this workshop will provide you with the tools to plan for your organisation’s priorities and future direction.

The interactive session will cover frameworks that support you in the development of your Values, Vision & Mission (‘VVM’). Our structured approach will:

• Break down how to build your VVM and explore the core components of each
• Detail the factors strategy should address and how this can align with your VVM
• Review how tools like SWOT & PESTLE can inform strategy

There will also be a short workbook for you to make use of during the session to capture your notes and develop your thinking to take back to your teams.

Please note that each workshop has 25 places offered on a strictly first come, first served basis, so to ensure a place make sure to book a ticket as soon as possible. Places are charged at £25* for The Fore Grantees and £45* for all other attendees.
