Organisation Description

Park Yoga is a national charity delivering free community yoga in nature every Sunday morning from May to September to improve the health and wellbeing of our participants. Originating in Dorset in 2017, our charity now delivers free Park Yoga at 65+ venues across the UK. In 2025, we had a total of 83,034 attendances over 20 weeks, averaging 4,152 people a week and 75 people per venue, per week.

What are they looking for?

We are looking for a CRM Consultant/Digital Analyst/IT specialist to help us scope, then make recommendations for our digital transformation project. We currently don’t have a CRM system and use spread sheets to store and track information. We are looking to source a new digital product that will enable us to understand our participants and other key stakeholders (Venue Host Organisations, Yoga Instructors, Volunteers and funders) and the communications we have with these stakeholders more effectively.

We are looking for this system to enable us to:
1. Create loyalty and build relationships with our participants
2. Collect information and data about our stakeholders
3. Increase revenue through sponsorship, take donations from participants, upselling merchandise for milestones, claiming Gift Aid on donations etc
4. Improve efficiencies and meet legislative requirements.

We would appreciate a volunteer to research and make recommendations for the platform we should be using.
