Youth Elements (YE) are redefining youth work in Manchester by meeting young people where they are to develop their confidence and real-world skills.

Through a mobile youth club, creative hubs and peer mentoring, YE create spaces for young people from racially minoritised and low-income communities to grow. Many of their peer mentors have similar life experiences to the young people they support, including experience of the care system, which helps them connect on a deeper level. But outdated data systems and a lack of structure in their freelance associate model are holding them back from scaling their impact.

Our backing will help YE introduce a CRM system and build a stronger associate model, making them financially stronger, boosting delivery and powering scale up.
