Happy Smiles Training is an award-winning social enterprise led by disabled people, with over 90% of its team being disabled. They aim to challenge the stigma around disability and work with disabled people to lead positive social change. They deliver inclusive training to schools, community groups, businesses and more, reaching thousands of people each year. What are they looking for?

Happy Smiles Training seeks pro bono support from passionate and experienced professionals to assist with our online training delivery, particularly for a national NHS training programme. We are looking for individuals with expertise in marketing, particularly to NHS Trusts and local authorities to help expand our reach. Additionally, we need IT professionals to ensure our virtual training infrastructure is robust and effective.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, potential knowledge of the NHS and local authority networks, or a strong IT background with a focus on virtual learning environments. There are no specific time requirements, with most support being provided virtually, allowing for flexible working hours. However, in-person support for IT setup may be beneficial if you're local to Wigan.
