Iconic Steps is an ambitious and highly regarded social enterprise that helps disadvantaged young BAME people build careers in the highly competitive film industry. Its Film Academy provides free video production skills training using professional industry equipment, personal development coaching and employment skills. Iconic Steps is using funding from The Fore to develop a commercial arm, generating new earned income and providing employment opportunities for the programme’s alumni.
