Description
Community Help And Neighbourly Care for Everyone (CHANCE) is a charity in the East End of Sunderland, one of the most deprived areas of the country, working in partnership with the local community to deliver a broad range of community based social, educational and recreational services. The Fore provided funds to support the expansion of the work and reach of CHANCE, whilst also helping it to develop a secure long-term funding strategy.
