Muddy Fork
Description
Muddy Fork helps people overcome mental health challenges through volunteer conservation and wildlife gardening in Nottinghamshire. Gardening has been shown to relieve anxiety and depression, reduce isolation and build self-respect and social confidence. Funding from The Fore will allow Muddy Fork to diversify its income streams by piloting a new paid-for service aimed at employers seeking to use gardening to improve employee wellbeing.
