Organisation Description

CRIPtic Arts supports, mentors and develops emerging disabled creatives through structured programmes for disabled people working in the arts at every level. We also stage and exhibit disabled-led work at major venues from the Barbican Centre to Bristol Old Vic. CRIPtic also offers free, open, weekly events for disabled people to explore their creativity, and carries out research into the experiences of disabled people in the sector, acting as a leading light for disabled creatives. It is one of the best small employers for disabled people in the UK (Shaw Trust, 2024) and one of the most influential organisations (Disability Power 100). It is led by Sky Arts-nominated Artistic and Executive Director Jamie Hale.

What are they looking for?

We are looking for support with strategic review, evaluation and business planning to ensure that our business plan is in line with a clear and improved theory of change. This would be virtual and taking place over a few fixed sessions organised as per the candidate’s availability.
